# Failed explicit-v3 packed Chat diagnostic

These are raw copies of the stopped `/tmp/erri-packed-chat-radio-maintenance` run, not an archive validated by the legacy v1/v2 archive tool. The original reports remain failed. All 13 exact addon paths, packed mounts/databases and ordinary modules were verified, with no input violations or script/runtime failures. Four installed localization GUID/name errors appear twice (eight retained lines). The thirty-second failure grace ended after site/prison preparation, before local participant readiness was verified. Exact successor/external bytes remained unchanged and private cleanup was confirmed. No packed full-startup, clean-build, multiplayer or release qualification is granted. Owned packages live in the separate `.build/playtest-2026-09-20-radio-maintenance` handoff; no third-party payload is copied here.
