Discover installed mod vehicles and save independent garage, traffic, patrol and convoy assignments. Retire the superseded RHS 1.9 overrides. Include native menu, crew/driving and publication evidence.

+Published RHS 1.9 Compatibility 1.0.0, Workshop ID E119F1C05A274B83.
+The Systems category selected correctly in a fresh private Workbench profile
+after backing up the disposable prefix DbgUIState.bin. This does not isolate
+which reset resolved the original category problem. The user editor was untouched.
+
+The listing is public, uses APL-ND, includes RHS attribution/EULA and the gear
+preview. Upload and backend processing both succeeded. The packed two scripts
+match the previously tested patch. No WCS or Propeller fix is included.
+
+The UI runner was intentionally stopped after publication; prefix-scoped cleanup
+confirmed idle. Escape remains 0.0.141 and already embeds the same two fixes.
+The main-mission changelog helper is not applicable to this different addon ID.
