# Ordinary launcher callback ownership The first ordinary compilation of the header launcher rejected callbacks on `ArmaReforgerScripted`: native `Game` is not a `Managed` callback owner. `ERR_OrdinaryScenarioLaunchRequest : Managed` now owns the single queued attempt and captures the already selected project, header and addon. The game retains that helper and cancels it before delegating unchanged world cleanup to `super`. The helper refuses duplicate queueing and marks its attempt finished before checking or requesting a native transition. Cancellation both marks it finished and removes the callback, so a retained/stale callback cannot launch another world. The existing explicit CLI gate, main-menu/active-world/transition guards, exact addon/header validation, header/system verification and unchanged native transition call remain. Chat's existing header-selection overrides do not change. No player/audit/authentication state is touched. [080004](evidence/game-2026-09-19-080004/report.json) verifies ordinary Game compilation without WORKBENCH/ENF_WB, one Core header request, native MissionSystems initialization, header verification and the normal preparation-to-prison transition. The previous callback-owner compile error is absent and no guard-spawn crash is captured in this bounded run. This verifies the compiled helper and exercised transition; cancellation races and repeated requests were not triggered by the native run. The overall run remains failed: two vanilla intro-splash `SCR_WidgetExportRuleRoot` errors are retained, and player identity binding fails so the local spawn is withheld. No identity bypass, manual input, complete escape or multiplayer success is claimed. Source bytes were unchanged, the private runner confirmed cleanup, and the failure remains archived. No engine was launched while authoring the callback fix itself.
