An untouched vehicle can be retired only when it is at least 1,400 metres from every known observer (or the configured spawn radius plus 400 metres, whichever is larger) and hidden for a sampled 60-second grace period. Returning nearby, gaining visibility or losing observer information cancels that grace period. Retirement frees a nearby slot for the players' new area; an unused parking site can become eligible again on a later visit. Unclaimed cars are maintained one at a time. The discovery cache is capped at 16,384 cells and 2,048 garage/yard anchors per round. Vehicles still incur ordinary physics and replication costs.

### Farm tractors and interface scaling (1.9)
When Rally is loaded, the parked-vehicle service can also place a Tozer tractor
beside intact native barns and cowsheds. Farm sites use at most a 15% selection
chance (or the configured parking chance if lower), share the garage/yard limit,
and never put tractors in residential garages. Farm placement uses four metres
of wall clearance, a larger dry/flat footprint, taller visibility samples and a
larger collision envelope. Used tractors receive the same permanent claim
protection as cars. Normal DLC driver restrictions remain in effect.
The administration menu keeps the selected UI scale while its panel fits, then
reduces only that panel enough to remain inside the viewport with a small margin.
It does not change the player's saved interface scale or other game UI.
