Finite designated zero-stock mine replacement proposal

5 production files, 6 existing regression programs; no new registration.

Read-only predecessor evidence: escapists-ai/Scripts/Game/EscapistsAI/EAI_Mines.c Inspect calls Issue then requires EAI_MinesIssued, requests STOCK-count at count0 or1. Successor preserves physical finite convoy stock and only one transfer/trip.

|
|
Role: m_Designated latches only successful original chance roll. ReadyForResupply(replacement=true) requires designation AND terminal settled initial callback. Later settings cannot confer/revoke role. MineSupplyReady defaults preserve existing one-carrier path. A false native submission with unfinished callback remains quarantined deliberately (no new refusal interpretation).

Planning: complete delivered count0/1, max120s, shared replay/cooldown; zero requires settled designated original attributable member before claims/orders. No extra live inventory/position query in planning.
|
|
Physical: explicit bounded CarriedCount (-1 unknown), pin zero/one when original receiving member selected, same native access/exact finite reservation. Zero leaf independently revalidates current command HQ role and zero inventory excluding incoming only after submitted. No change to uncertain callback/deletion release semantics or state7 retained cross-truck claims.

EngineerMineAttempted and mine placement policy are untouched: this replenishes carried capability, not repeated laying authorization.

|
|
Evidence: six *.green.log files; baseline-planning.red.log compiles actual old TryPlan then assertion-fails valid designated zero admission. git apply --check passed. Native compile/physical transfer still parent qualification; no agent native run.

|
|
|
Generic test execution uses TMPDIR=.build/mine-zero-proposal/scratch and PYTHONPATH=target/tests; no canonical native /tmp guard changed. Source override variables ERR_LOADOUT_SOURCE, ERR_EQUIPMENT_SOURCE, ERR_MINE_TRANSFER_SOURCE, ERR_INFANTRY_RESUPPLY_SOURCE, ERR_HQ_SOURCE point to respective proposal files.
