Failed depot-mines package attempt — 3 October 2026
This archive preserves the genuine failed /tmp/erri-package-depot-mines-1210 attempt. The runner reported timeout; the native and launcher exit codes are unknown. No runtime files were produced, no development candidate was assembled, and no packed startup was performed. The strict failure remains unchanged. Cleanup was confirmed, with authored/profile/external inputs unchanged according to the retained report.
native/core/launch.log records Disk quota exceeded while recording native-exit.json, which remains an empty file. Wine also reported quota failures saving registry files. The child recorder had returned from its subprocess call, but the missing exit status cannot be reconstructed. Buffered engine logs end without a confirmed completed export; this evidence does not establish a production compilation defect or a successful package.
The input was the exact validated 423-file depot-mines frozen snapshot. Concurrent welcome-voice source, tools and tests were excluded and remain outside this qualification. The retained preflight binds the earlier 301-program suite and 64-assertion normal route, including the read-only witness of ten inert original PMN4 mines across five camps. Those source checks do not establish autonomous courier delivery, manual play, multiplayer, FPS, or release readiness.
The package/ directory contains untouched reports and manifests; native/ contains launch metadata, the original recorder and its empty status file; engine/ contains raw engine files; preparation/ contains the root runner log, earlier preflight refusal, frozen manifest and exclusion observations. review/ preserves the independent failure diagnosis and incomplete final review. source/zip-sha256.json records the recomputed original ZIP hash; the ZIP itself is not duplicated here.
artifact-manifest.json hashes every archived file except itself and records each copied original path/hash. All copied bytes were verified against their originals after copying. Original evidence, prior packages, current source and the index were not modified. This archive is evidence only, not an assembled or release-qualified handoff.
