Updated **19 September 2026**. The preceding 193-file inventory/radio checkpoint passes [Core](evidence/native-2026-09-19-180610-core-inventory-radio/report.json) two-round escape/restart (**614 assertions**), [companion](evidence/native-2026-09-19-181305-chat-inventory-radio/report.json) two-round integration (**96 assertions**), and [ordinary real-input Chat](evidence/game-2026-09-19-180423-inventory-ready/runner.json.txt), all with zero captured errors and verified cleanup. The [inventory adapter](inventory-layout.md) resolves the two observed stock slot errors on the first-open path; the [reviewed image](evidence/inventory-ui-review-2026-09-19-180423/inventory-ready.png) shows character, vicinity and clothing panels after normal initialization. Initial radio-task wording now correctly says it is waiting for a defender. These runs share that checkpoint’s addon snapshot. A read-only native camera observer has since been added; current-source qualification is in progress. **All seventeen first-release acceptance cases remain pending.** Reopen, storage refresh and item transfers still need native testing. The [independent vanilla inventory control](inventory-slot-diagnosis.md) retains the matching GUI pair and seven separate resource errors as a failed control; no historical error is waived.

Updated **19 September 2026**. The current 195-file addon snapshot passes [Core two-round escape/restart](evidence/native-2026-09-19-184647-core-gate/report.json), **614 assertions**, and [ordinary Chat input/gate observation](evidence/game-2026-09-19-184437-gate-geometry/runner.json.txt), both with zero captured errors, unchanged source and verified cleanup. **The clean-runtime development gate passes; all seventeen first-release acceptance cases remain pending.** The current [read-only gate observation](evidence/gate-review-2026-09-19-184437/review.json) confirms the original gate, four-second lock duration, world-space handle and two-metre interaction radius. Gate approach, actual held lock-picking, complete ordinary escape, multiplayer and FPS remain unqualified. The earlier [inventory adapter checkpoint](inventory-layout.md) retains its clear first-open screenshot; reopen, storage refresh and item transfers still need native testing.

The [relative-look observer](ordinary-look-observer.md) now passes an [ordinary Chat run](evidence/game-2026-09-19-183944-relative-look/runner.json.txt): actual +24/−24 pixel input produced a measured 1.935° yaw response and return within 0.149°, with stationary body, then verified W/Tab input. Zero captured errors, source unchanged and cleanup confirmed. The earlier run remains failed because its independent checker assumed identical SAMPLE/READY milliseconds; its [separate corrected review](evidence/look-review-2026-09-19-183353/review.json) preserves the raw archive. The current-source Core attempt reached 292 assertions without errors but exhausted an undersized 180-second budget; its [timeout](evidence/native-2026-09-19-183622-core-budget/runner.json.txt) remains a failure. The next two-round Core run needs at least the approximately 395 seconds observed at the prior checkpoint. No gate interaction or full normal-input escape is qualified.

The later 184647 run used a 600-second budget and completed both rounds with614 assertions; the earlier timeout remains failed. No gate interaction or full normal-input escape is qualified.

The primary deliverable is an independently authored replacement for the abandoned Escapists base mission, with companion behavior integrated through its interfaces. Five successor addon projects have their own identities, authored Everon sites and vanilla asset references. The first release targets up to twelve players completing prison → scavenging/intel → radio defence → helicopter extraction without the original mod or dependent extensions. Scripted development checkpoints exist; a dependable, manually playable multiplayer release is still unfinished.
